Public website

The public website offers optional Google Analytics to help us understand page visits and clicks on travel guides and the beta checker. The Google tag loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Essential only” keeps the public website fully available without loading the tag.

Optional website analytics

When enabled, analytics sends fixed page labels and guide/checker click events to Google. We exclude URL query strings, fragments and referral URLs from these events and do not include names, email addresses, pet records or document details in their parameters. Google may also process technical information such as device/browser information and IP addresses when receiving requests. See Google's privacy policy for its processing practices.

Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies on the public website are configured for up to 180 days. You can change your choice through “Analytics preferences” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future collection and removes the public website's analytics cookies; it does not erase information already sent to Google. Clearing browser storage also resets the choice.

The beta app has its own consent controls. Marketing-site click counts are not proof that the same visitors completed a screening or registered in the beta.

Beta checker

The working beta is provided separately at https://beta.petcomply.eu. Information entered into the beta may include journey details, pet details and document dates needed to produce informational compliance-support results.

Email contact

If you contact PetComply by email, the information you provide is used to read and respond to your message.

Updates

This notice may be updated as the beta changes, including if analytics, account features, payment processing or additional service providers are introduced.
